Yes, I'm not entirely certain why it was moved. I realize my newness in these forums mean I'll not be aware of many of the subtleties, but with this forum's description talking about "accomplishments", I kinda wonder why this would be the place for it. (Would've been nice for the responsible moderator to at least leave a short note so I could learn from it.)
Completely randomly, I noticed a quirk in the game, which I had the presence of mind to screenshot. == "Whoop de whoop, all hail my major accomplishment!"??

For the record, pyro, not this wasn't photoshopped (other than the green box), and I still believe the most likely reason for this to exist is as a reference for automated tests. Browser makers test their layout engines by automatically having their product load thousands of testcases, making a screenshot, and comparing it with a reference rendering. If there's a difference, it gets flagged for attention by a human. So this is probably part of a test for the speed of the clouds layer, or overall timing synchronization or something like that.

(Or alternatively, they're testing inserting graphics into that layer, so that for Wintersday they can insert Dwayna in a big sled flying behind a flock of reindeer. You heard it here first!)
